Konferkab ke I, Hendra Resmi Nahkodai PWI Nunukan
NUNUKAN – Usai sudah pelaksanaan Konferensi Kabupaten (Konferkab) Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Kabupaten Nunukan ke-I pada Sabtu, (04/11/23).
Taslee atau sapaan akrabnya Hendra terpilih secara aklamasi pada pemilihan Konferkab PWI Kabupaten Nunukan ke-I.
“Terima kasih kepada teman-teman PWI Nunukan dan PWI Kaltara serta rekan-rekan yang telah membantu mensukseskan pelaksanaan Konferkab Nunukan,” ujar Hendra.
Hendra menyampaikan, dirinya akan berupaya mengemban tugas sebagai Ketua PWI Kabupaten Nunukan dengan menjaga soliditas dan persatuan wartawan untuk menjalankan roda organisasi dengan menyiapkan sekretariat dan program kerja.
“Saya berharap kepada rekan-rekan PWI Nunukan dapat membantu memajukan PWI agar bisa menjadi lebih baik lagi kedepan. Artinya berjalan bersama-sama karena PWI adalah milik bersama,” ujarnya.
Hendra juga menyebutkan dalam waktu dekat akan menyusun kepengurusan, menunjuk tim formatur dengan masa tujuh hari kedepan.
“Mari kita membesarkan PWI Nunukan,” sebutnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua PWI Kalimantan Utara (Kaltara) Nicky Saputra menyampaikan, bahwa hasil Konferkab PWI Nunukan ke-I sudah menghasilkan pemimpin yang terbaik dalam proses Konferensi dan pemilihan ketua.
“PWI Nunukan rumah yang baik. Jadi kita hadir sebagai sumber informasi media karena berisikan orang-orang berkualitas dan berintelektual. PWI adalah sodara satu rasa kita sodara,” ucap Nicky.
Nicky juga menekankan agar PWI Nunukan bisa membesarkan organisasi dan menjalankan dengan baik. Karen baginya plihan forum adalah pilihan terbaik untuk PWI Kaltara dan Kabupaten Nunukan.
“PWI Kaltara misi bersama, jangan ada blok dan sekat. Mudah-mudahan PWI Nunukan bisa aktif kegiatannya seperti melaksanakan coffe morning. Jangan sampai organisasi PWI dipandang sebelah mata,” tukasnya. (tim)
